UHX Trader is built for people who want to understand how the Forex majors move, without real money on the line. This Charter exists so anyone — a learner, a parent, an app reviewer, or a regulator — can see in plain language what UHX Trader promises to be, and what it deliberately refuses to be. It is a public commitment, not just marketing copy.

What we commit to

  UHX Trader exists to help people build genuine familiarity with how the Forex majors move, through repetition and feedback — not to generate real-world trading results. Every part of the product is built around that single purpose.

  Virtual funds only.

  Every balance inside UHX Trader is a virtual balance. The Service does not involve real money anywhere, for any user, at any time.

  No deposits or withdrawals.

  There are no deposits or withdrawals anywhere in UHX Trader — nothing to add, and nothing to take out, because no real money is ever held on your behalf.

  Limited to the 7 Forex majors.

  To keep learning focused, practice inside UHX Trader is limited to the 7 Forex majors: EUR/USD, USD/JPY, GBP/USD, USD/CHF, AUD/USD, USD/CAD, and NZD/USD.

  UHX Trader is not investment advice. Nothing inside the Service is intended as a recommendation, a forecast, or financial advice of any kind.

  UHX Trader is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and is not intended for use in any place where it would be contrary to local law or regulation.

  We describe UHX Trader the same way everywhere — in the product, on this website, and in any app-store listing — because a simulator that pretends to be something else is not actually educational.

What UHX Trader is not

Being clear about our purpose means being just as clear about our limits. UHX Trader is not, and will never present itself as, any of the following:

• ▹UHX Trader is not a brokerage, is not a financial institution, and does not execute real-world trades on your behalf.
• ▹There are no real-money accounts inside UHX Trader. There is no real money anywhere in the Service, and no deposits or withdrawals.
• ▹UHX Trader is not a signal service or a recommendation engine, and it does not promise any particular outcome for anyone who practises with it.
