About

About UHX Trader

UHX Trader is an educational trading simulator built by Unhectic Limited, a company based in London. We built it because most beginner resources either drop you into a live-feeling platform before you understand the basics, or explain concepts in the abstract with no chart to test them against. UHX Trader closes that gap: read a short lesson, then try the idea straight away in the simulator, without real money.

Every part of the product is designed around one idea: you should be able to learn how the Forex majors behave without putting anything real at stake. That is why UHX Trader uses a virtual balance, why there are no deposits or withdrawals, and why the language across this site stays deliberately plain.

Our mission

Calm, honest Forex education

Our mission is simple: make the Forex majors understandable before anyone is tempted to treat trading as a shortcut. Forex education online is often either too technical to be useful for a beginner, or too thin to feel trustworthy. We aim for the middle ground — lessons that explain the real mechanics of pip movement, chart reading and the seven majors in plain language, backed by a simulator where you can see the idea in action straight away.

We measure UHX Trader by whether a beginner comes away understanding one thing better than they did before opening the site — not by how busy the interface looks.

Company

Part of Unhectic Limited

UHX Trader is a product of Unhectic Limited, a company based in London. Unhectic Limited is responsible for the simulator, the Learn library, and everything you read on this site. Keeping UHX Trader under a single, accountable company means there is always someone to ask if something here is unclear, and someone who has to get it right.

Philosophy

Education-first, by design

Everything on UHX Trader is built to teach, not to sell. The Learn library walks through the fundamentals in order — what Forex is, the seven majors, pips and lots, reading a chart, and how the simulator itself works — so you are never asked to practise something you have not first been shown. Each lesson links straight back to the simulator, so the theory and the practice stay close together instead of living in separate parts of the internet.

Scope

A deliberately limited scope

UHX Trader does not try to be everything. We cover seven currency pairs, not seventy. We offer a web trader today, with Android and iOS apps on the way, rather than promising a long list of platforms we cannot yet support properly. The toolset stays focused on charts, simple simulated order flow, and lessons — not signals, not predictions, and nothing that could be mistaken for financial advice. That narrower scope is a choice we made on purpose, not a limitation we are working around.

Our commitment

The honesty commitment

We would rather a page look sparse than say something we cannot back up. UHX Trader will never claim to predict the market, never dress up a simulated result as something it is not, and never blur the line between practice and reality. If a feature is not ready yet — like the mobile apps — we say so plainly instead of implying it is further along than it is. That commitment matters more to us than making the product look bigger than it is.

UHX Trader is for adults (18+) who want to learn calmly, one lesson and one practice trade at a time.
