Delete your account

You can permanently delete your UHX Trader account and its associated data from this page. This is a self-service request: enter your own account details, confirm, and the deletion is carried out immediately.

Why we offer this

We believe you should stay in control of your data. If you no longer want a UHX Trader account, you can remove it yourself here — you don't need to email us or wait for a support agent.

What deleting your account does

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once it is done, you will no longer be able to sign in, and the account and its associated data are removed. Because UHX Trader is an educational simulator that uses virtual funds only, no real money is involved in this process.

How it works

1. Enter your User ID and password below, and tick the confirmation box.
2. We verify your details securely to confirm the account is yours.
3. If they match, the account is deleted straight away and you'll see a confirmation. If they don't match, nothing is changed and you can try again.

For your security we never store your password, and every request is logged. Need help? Email support@uhxtrader.com.
